Sabic P6006 HDPE pellet Description
Sabic P6006 is an extruded high density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) specially used for the production of pipes. It has the characteristics of long-term hydrostatic pressure resistance and stress cracking resistance, is mainly used in the manufacture of PE100 HDPE pipe, drinking water pipes, gas pipes, irrigation pipes, etc.

Sabic P6006 HDPE pellets Advantage
- PE100 HDPE, Sabic P6006 has been tested to achieve a minimum required strength class of 10 (MRS 10). This material is suitable for manufacturing pressure pipe, such as PE100 HDPE pipe.
- Specialized material for extrusion pipes. Sabic P6006 HDPE is a resin material specifically designed for producing extruded pipes. It offers excellent resistance to long-term hydrostatic pressure and environmental stress cracking, making it an ideal material for manufacturing water supply and gas pipelines.Additionally, this material exhibits favorable processing properties, with a melt index (MFI or MVR) of 0.23 g/10 min at 190°C under a 5 kg test environment, making it suitable for the vast majority of extrusion pipe processing equipment.
