- High temperature resistance,Borouge BA140e PP pellets can still maintain excellent mechanical properties even under high temperature conditions, and is an excellent PP raw material for manufacturing hot water pipes and PPR pipes.
- High impact resistance,Borstar RA140E polypropylene exhibits outstanding impact resistance. Test results show a Charpy notch impact value of 60 kJ/m² at 23°C. It maintains significant impact resistance even when tested at 0°C, making it suitable for manufacturing impact-resistant piping systems.
- Easy to process,Borouge RA140E PP exhibits a melt flow index of 0.3g/10min at 230°C and 2.16kg in test conditions. Its low flow rate is compatible with the vast majority of extrusion pipe processing equipment. Pipes produced exhibit minimal deformation during cooling, resulting in high yield rates.
