SABIC B5428 is a blow molding high-density polyethylene resin pellet (HDPE material) produced by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). It features a multimodal molecular structure and a melt index of 28 g/min (MFI 28) at 190°C (21.6 kg). It exhibits excellent processability, environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR), and rigidity. Sabic B5428 HDPE material is commonly used in the production of consumer product storage containers, toys, and detergents.

Sabic B5428 HDPE Advantage
- Chemical resistance, Sabic B5428 HDPE is resistant to most chemicals and is a high-quality HDPE raw material for detergents, disinfectants, and chemical storage bottles and tanks.
- Sabic B5428 HDPE material has good processing performance and is specially designed for blow molding. Its melt index is 28g/10min at 190℃ and 21.6kg test. Its medium melt flow rate makes it suitable for most blow molding equipment and has relatively wide processing requirements for the equipment.
- Sabic B5428 HDPPE has excellent mechanical properties. As a resin raw material specifically designed for the production of small and medium-sized blow-molded plastic bottles, it has a flexural modulus of 1100 MPa and an elongation at break of 700%. During the blow molding process, the product is easy to process and not easily damaged. Finished products made from B5428 HDPE also have excellent impact resistance, with an Izod notch impact of 130 J/m.
