Sabic 118ZJ is linear low density polyethylene polymer (LLDPE materila) produced by Sabic basic industry corporation, with high tensile strength, high toughness, low temperature tear resistance properties and meets food safety standards. Sabic 118ZJ LLDPE is often used as food packaging, frozen food packaging, stretch film, and shrink film.

Food contact grade, Sabic 118ZJ LLDPE has obtained food contact material certifications from multiple countries, including but not limited to the U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, China’s GB 4806.1-2016, and the EU’s EC No. 2003/2006. It offers excellent safety performance and can be used with confidence in food packaging applications.

Good machinability. Sabic 118ZJ has a melt flow index (MFI) of 1 g/10 min at 190°C The melt flow index (MFI) of Sabic 118ZJ is 1 g/10 min under test conditions of 190°C and 2.16 kg. It is suitable for the vast majority of extrusion or blow molding film production equipment. Additionally, this material contains 1,000 ppm of slip agent and 3,500 ppm of antiblock agent, which effectively prevent film sticking during production and storage while also enhancing the consumer experience. It is highly suitable for the production of medium-thickness films.
